Can a dyslexic become a published novelist? Keep reading to find out.

My name is Molly Noble Bull, the daughter and the granddaughter of real Texas cowboys. I was born in ranch country, Kleberg County, where my newest novel, When the Cowboy Rides Away, is set and where I live today.

I am a wife, mother and grandmother, and I have published with Zondervan, Harlequin’s Love Inspired, Tsaba House, Westbow Press, Creation House, White Glove and Elk Lake Publishing. Tsaba House published Sanctuary but are no longer in business. Sanctuary won the 2008 Gayle Wilson Award in the inspirational category and also tied for first place in a second national contest for published authors that year.

Along with four other published authors, I wrote The Overcomers, Christian Authors Who Conquered Learning Disabilities, a non-fiction book about learning problems, and yes; I am a dyslexic. In fact, all the Overcomers authors overcame learning disabilities.

Gatehaven, my Gothic historical, won the Grand prize in the 2013 Creation House Fiction Writing Contest as a manuscript and was published in trade paperback and as an e-book in March 2014. My upcoming novel, The Rogue’s Daughter, is my updated western set in South Texas and first published by Zondervan in 1986.
