After earning her MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College, Patricia Flaherty Pagan founded the mission-oriented indie publisher Spider Road Press. Her short fiction has appeared in journals and anthologies including "Spry," "Robocup Compendium 2013," "The Pitkin Review" and others. Her poetry and essays have appeared in anthologies such as “The Light in Ordinary Things” and “Fierce with Reality." She edited “Up, Do: Flash Fiction by Women Writers.” She co-edited Spider Road Press’ "Eve’s Requiem: Tales of Women, Mystery and Horror," which includes her own historical mystery story “Bitter Sweets.” Her fantasy story, “Puca Dawns” will be published in the Houston Writers Guild anthology, “Tides of Impossibility.”
